I think that puts human!Mikage in the same category as other magical constructs...unworkable for now, but quite easy to heal once she gets her healing-the-spirit skill. If babydragon manages to get himself injured sob, Winnowill would find him very easy to work on.
Obsidian would pretty much be like a mundane human, when it comes to working. She can work on animals, there is canon precedent, so. :D
