Syaoran/Pascal is made completely of magic! He's someone else's creation, and magic in TRC is kind of this innate ability tied to the soul and doesn't have a specific "kind", per se... it just is. Also has a different person's magical signature all over his blind eye I guess :|a

Kyouko is idkmybff madoka. Uhm. She has her own magic based in her soul gem, it doesn't have a specific type either... though she's predisposed towards illusory magics, I guess. Also her soul isn't in her body anymore, it just controls it from the soul gem, so technically her body is just a lifeless shell (though otherwise it's human).
